I admit I discovered this because I am really, very lazy. I had to do a presentation for users who have never seen Dynamics CRM before and I really didn't feel like doing the work, so I turned to mighty Internet.

One quick search, and I found CRM basic training for people who don’t have a lot of time to read. This gives you an editable version as well, if you want to create your own user manual.

Before you say anything, I know some of the materials reference older versions of Dynamics CRM but they are still very useful. For some, I just changed the print screens, or added some functionality.
